Pavilion are excited to present to the market this rare opportunity to work for a well-regarded Lloyd’s Insurance provider. The business has had 4 x growth in the last 5 years and an impressive claims team that can offer a great team culture, plenty of collaboration, and lots of learning opportunities.


The role will involve a variety of duties such as creating reports, oversight of static claims, key performance indicators, due diligence, contracts, loss funds, and audit. There will also be opportunities to work ad-hoc and support the wider business areas including underwriting, reinsurance, and finance.


Our client is seeking a school leaver or graduate who can demonstrate a strong interest in insurance claims and analytics. You will need to be able to provide knowledge around the insurance industry, specifically claims, and a desire to join a fast paced and rapidly expanding business. Any work experience within the insurance industry would be advantageous but not essential.


In return, our client will provide hands on learning, CII support to ACII level with allocated study days, a people-first culture, exposure across the whole business to C-Suite level, plenty of social events and a collaborative young professionals cohort to be a part of.
