Key Responsibilities:

As Kitchen Manager, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the kitchen by:

• Ordering and managing stock levels
• Creating and managing staff rotas
• Maintaining excellent food hygiene standards
• Training, motivating, and leading the kitchen team
• Supporting a high-volume service while maintaining quality

What we're looking for:

To be successful in this Kitchen Manager role, you'll ideally have:

• Previous Head Chef or Kitchen Manager experience
• Experience with American-style cooking
• A background working in high-volume kitchens
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent organisation and communication abilities
