About the Role

We are seeking a knowledgeable and engaging Pensions Consultant to join a growing team. This is a nationwide role offering the opportunity to work closely with businesses and their employees, delivering expert guidance on workplace pensions through presentations, workshops, and one-to-one consultations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging workplace pension presentations, seminars, and financial wellbeing workshops to employees
  • Provide clear, accurate, and compliant guidance on workplace pension schemes and retirement planning options
  • Conduct one-to-one consultations with employees to support informed decision-making
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and key stakeholders
  • Represent the business confidently in both staff-facing and business presentations
  • Promote employee engagement with pension schemes and increase participation levels
  • Identify and generate referral opportunities through regional offices and existing client relationships
  • Liaise with internal teams and regional offices to coordinate client activity and maximise opportunities
  • Keep up to date with pension legislation, regulatory requirements, and industry developments
  • Ensure all communications and advice align with compliance and regulatory standards
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and activities
  • Support business development initiatives and contribute to overall company growth


What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in pensions, financial services, or employee benefits consulting
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences
  • Confident delivering seminars, workshops, and group sessions
  • Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable working across multiple locations
  • Ability to build relationships and identify referral opportunities
  • Relevant industry qualifications (desirable but not essential)
