Key Responsibilities:

• Ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
• Managing and coordinating project related emails, calendars and communications
• Tracking project budgets and expenses.
• Assisting with identifying project risks and support with the development.
• Assisting the project management team in day-to-day administrative tasks
• Filing project documentation including contracts, project plans and reports
• Coordinate meetings

Previous Skills & Experience:

• Demonstrable experience withing a similar administrative role, coordinating projects or similar
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience in delivery high quality customer service.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• High attention to detail.
