Job Title: Senior Lettings Negotiator

Location: Birmingham City Centre + Hybrid - 2/3 days per week from home

Basic Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 (depending on experience)

Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am-5:30pm

Weekends: None

A well-established property business with a large and varied residential portfolio, now seeking an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join their lettings team. The role delivers a let-only service, working closely with Asset Managers to progress properties from instruction through to move-in, with no ongoing property management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the lettings process from marketing to move-in (let-only)
• Register applicants and match them to suitable properties
• Arrange and coordinate viewings with Asset Managers
• Negotiate rental terms and agree offers
• Complete referencing, compliance checks, and tenancy documentation
• Liaise with landlords, tenants, and internal teams throughout the process

The Ideal Candidate:

• Experience as a Lettings Negotiator
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Good knowledge of lettings legislation and compliance
• Organized, proactive, and target-driven
• Reapit experience advantageous
