Robert Half Finance and Accounting are currently looking to recruit an Accounts Assistant to join an exciting Professional Services company with a fantastic reputation in their market, based in central Bristol. For the right person the client is offering a very competitive:

£28,000 - £30,000 plus bonus, hybrid working and wider benefits package

Role responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Support and monitoring of Purchaser Ledger function to ensure smooth processing of amounts due
• Drafting annual budget reports and reconciliation reports
• Input Bank Payments, DD's, Sales Receipts & Banking into Accounting System
• Reconcile cash book with monthly bank statements
• Check Bank Account transactions through banks online banking and reconcile to Accounting Software
• Ensure fee invoices are settled and client queries answered or other financial information provided as appropriate
• Provide support in the gathering of financial and transaction data as and when required

Person specification:

• 2+ years transactional finance experience
• Strong with finance systems, in particular Excel
• Confident communicator across all levels of a business
