Full time hours on a temporary basis

• Support the Business Manager in coordinating SAB activity and associated partnership work programmes.
• Ensure meetings are effectively managed, including preparation of agendas, high-quality minutes, action tracking and follow-up.
• Provide professional and confidential support to the SAB Independent Chair and Head of Adult Safeguarding.
• Monitor progress against agreed objectives, outcomes and deadlines, supporting effective delivery.
• Maintain accurate records, governance documentation and information in line with confidentiality and data protection requirements.
• Liaise with partner agencies to support effective multi-agency collaboration.
• Contribute to service improvement activity, reporting, performance monitoring and quality assurance as required.
