FP&A Manager | Professional Services | Leicester (Hybrid) Up to £75,000pa + competitive benefits
We're currently partnering exclusively on a fantastic opportunity for a qualified FP&A professional to join a high-growth, private equity-backed professional services group.
This is a high-impact role working closely with senior leadership, driving commercial insight, and shaping strategic decision-making across a complex, fast-evolving organisation.
Leicester City Centre | 2/3 days in office (hybrid)
What you’ll be doing:
Leading budgeting, forecasting & long-range planning cycles
Building robust financial models to support strategic decisions
Partnering with senior stakeholders across the business
Producing board-level reporting and investor-focused insights
Driving process improvement and automation across FP&A
What we’re looking for:
Fully qualified (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
Strong FP&A / business partnering experience (essential)
Strong understanding of P&L, balance sheet and cash flow models
Advanced Excel & financial modelling skills, knowledge of BI tools (e.g. Power BI, MS Dynamics, SAP or Oracle)
Commercial mindset with ability to influence senior stakeholders
Experience in fast-paced, dynamic environments - prior experience within a private-equity backed environment (desirable)
