Job description:

  • Deliver imaginative learning activities that support the curriculum
  • Use drama and creative arts to enhance pupil engagement and confidence
  • Support children with communication, social interaction, and emotional development
  • Lead small group interventions using storytelling, role play, movement, and performance
  • Help create exciting classroom environments that encourage creativity and curiosity
  • Support school productions, assemblies, performances, and enrichment activities
  • Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and families
  • Encourage every child to find their voice and develop self-belief

This role is ideal for someone with a background or strong interest in:

  • Drama or performing arts
  • Creative education
  • Theatre or acting
  • Child development
  • Dance, music, storytelling, or expressive arts
  • Supporting children with additional needs through creative approaches

Position Start Date: 07 September 2026

Contract Duration: Full Academic Year (Long-Term)

Trial Days: Selected candidates will be invited to attend paid trial day(s) during July 2026 as part of the recruitment process.

Working Hours: 08:30am - 16:00pm (Full-Time)
