Description

The Property Solicitor will be:


* Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a range of asset management documents including leases, licences and variations

* Managing transactions such as lease grants, renewals, assignments and terminations

* Dealing with the ongoing management of client property portfolios in line with regulatory and operational requirements

* Working closely with client legal, estates and operational teams to deliver a seamless service

* Providing clear, commercially focused legal advice aligned to client objectives

* Managing a varied caseload efficiently while maintaining high service standards

* Building strong client relationships and acting as a trusted advisor

Profile

The Property Solicitor should be:


* A solicitor or equivalent with 0-3 years PQE

* Experienced or interested in commercial property and asset management work

* Commercially minded with strong attention to detail

* Able to manage multiple matters and prioritise effectively

* A confident communicator with strong client-facing skills

Job Offer
