This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Business Development professional to join one of our well-established law firm clients on a permanent basis.

Role Overview

• Supports senior BD leadership with business development and marketing across multiple legal practices.
• Broad, hands-on role covering pitching, events, campaigns, CRM, budgets and content.

BAU Business Development Support

• Provides day-to-day BD and marketing support, including plans, budgets, reports and meeting coordination.
• Manages CRM activity, reporting, mailing lists and pitch tracking to support go-to-market activity.

Marketing Collateral and Pitching

• Prepares first drafts of pitches, credentials and capability statements.
• Maintains the credentials database and ensures messaging is up to date and consistent.

Events, Conferences and International Trips

• Leads event planning and logistics, ensuring alignment with BD objectives and budget control.
• Manages invitations, promotion, follow-up reporting and lead generation from events and trips.

PR, Content and Campaigns

• Supports campaigns and content creation, including newsletters, blogs and legal updates.
• Monitors competitor activity and advises lawyers on profile-raising via PR, social media and speaking opportunities.

Directories and Awards

• Manages directory submissions end-to-end, including drafting and interview preparation.
• Identifies awards opportunities and supports strong submissions and promotion of successes.
