What you'll be doing

In this role, you will:

• Build and manage relationships with clients and candidates
• Support businesses with hiring solutions across the finance and accounting market
• Source, interview, and manage high-quality candidates
• Develop commercial and business development skills
• Manage the recruitment process from initial brief through to placement
• Work within a fast-paced market with strong earning potential and career progression
