Are you an experienced Financial Planning Administrator or Client Support professional ready to take the next step in your career?

We are working with a highly regarded, independent wealth management firm who are looking to appoint a Financial Planning Associate to support a Financial Planning Director on a 1:1 basis. This is a key hire within their Private Client team, offering the opportunity to work closely with high-net-worth clients while gaining exposure to the full financial planning process.

This is a fast-paced, high-trust role suited to someone proactive, organised, and eager to develop their career within wealth management.

The Role

As a Financial Planning Associate, you will act as the right-hand support to a Financial Planning Director, ensuring the smooth running of their client portfolio. Responsibilities include:

• Acting as a key point of contact for clients, delivering a high level of service
• Supporting new client onboarding and maintaining strong ongoing relationships
• Preparing and checking client documentation and communications
• Managing diaries, meetings, and workflow priorities
• Liaising with providers and processing business on relevant platforms
• Ensuring all work is completed accurately and in line with compliance requirements
• Keeping clients updated throughout the advice process

About You

• Experience within financial planning / wealth management
• Previous experience supporting an adviser or working closely with clients
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• High attention to detail with a proactive mindset
• Confident communicator, both written and verbal
• Keen to develop and progress within a financial planning environment
