Reed Business Support is recruiting for a Permanent Recruitment Consultant on behalf of our team, based in Maidstone. This Permanent Recruitment Consultant opportunity is ideal for an individual who is confident, proactive, and able to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment. As the appointed Permanent Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting the wider team and contributing to the smooth running of daily operations.

About the Role:

• Managing the full permanent recruitment lifecycle across office-based and business support roles
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
• Acting as a key point of contact for clients throughout the recruitment process
• Proactively sourcing candidates through advertising, networking, and database searching
• Conducting candidate interviews and managing offer processes
• Maintaining accurate CRM records, compliance documentation, and recruitment data
• Delivering a professional, customer-focused service at all times

About You:

• Previous experience in recruitment, sales, or a target-driven environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative approach
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Proactive, resilient, and comfortable managing multiple vacancies and priorities
• Must have the Right to Work in the UK

Salary & Working Pattern:

• £26,000 – £35,000 per annum + uncapped commission
• 37.5 hours per week
• Monday–Friday, office-based with some flexibility after probation
