About the Role

Allegis Global Solutions is hiring for aTime & Attendance / Workforce Management Specialist to support a global client in Slough. This is a high-impact role focused onsystem implementation, project delivery, and operational excellence within Time & Attendance and Payroll functions.

We’re looking for a hands-on professional who can bridgeHR, payroll, and technology, ensuring seamless system implementation and a smooth employee experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

1. Lead and supportTime & Attendance system implementations (ADP Workforce Software)
2. Build, execute, and validatetest cases (UAT) to ensure system accuracy
3. Partner withHR and Payroll teams on system processes and operational activities
4. Supportpayroll processing and ensure accurate time data inputs
5. Managetime & attendance operations within Workforce Software (WFS)
6. Create and maintainprocess documentation
7. Deliveruser training and support onboarding of new employees
8. Act as auser advocate, troubleshooting issues and improving user experience
9. Support ongoingsystem enhancements and project initiatives

What We’re Looking For

1. Strong experience inTime & Attendance / Workforce Management systems
2. Proven track record insystem implementation and project management (high priority)
3. Hands-on experience withADP Workforce Software (WFS)
4. Solid understanding ofpayroll processes and downstream impacts
5. Experience intesting (UAT), documentation, and user training
6. Ability to work cross-functionally withHR, Payroll, and Operations teams
7. Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable in afast-paced environment
