  • Proven experience managing teams in a contact centre or service environment
  • Strong leadership and performance management skills
  • Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work with data, prioritise workloads and solve problems quickly
  • Experience in regulated industries is highly desirable
