Commercial Support (DV CLEARED mandatory)

Role details:

• Contract: Initial 6 months (extension TBC), starting ASAP

• Location: Basingstoke (on-site requirement)

• Rate: Up to £650 per day inside IR35

• Clearance: DV Clearance mandatory

Responsibilities:

• Lead post-contract management and support contract negotiations and statements of work

• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, governance, and risk mitigation

• Act as a commercial bridge between legal, delivery, sales, procurement, and finance

• Manage contract documentation, reporting, and customer-facing engagement

• Support governance reviews and manage contractual changes, extensions, and disputes

Skills and experience:

• Strong senior-level contract and commercial management background

• Experience within IT services or complex delivery environments

• Solid understanding of contract law, data protection, and commercial legislation

• Proven stakeholder management across legal, delivery, and commercial teams

• Ability to operate within strict governance and approval frameworks
