About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join a fast-paced and growing sales team. This role is responsible for managing both inbound and outbound sales activity, converting enquiries into customers, and driving revenue growth across existing and new accounts.

You will play a key role in the full sales cycle, from lead qualification through to closing deals, while delivering an excellent customer experience and building long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate new business through outbound calls, emails, and telesales activity
  • Respond to inbound enquiries via phone, email, live chat, and other channels
  • Qualify leads and identify opportunities for conversion into long-term customers
  • Manage the full sales process from initial enquiry through to order completion
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and prospects
  • Present tailored product and service solutions based on customer needs
  • Maintain accurate CRM and ERP records, ensuring all activity is fully tracked
  • Follow up on leads and nurture opportunities through the sales pipeline
  • Work closely with marketing, customer support, and technical teams
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics
  • Provide regular updates and reporting on sales activity and performance
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and product knowledge
  • Gather customer feedback to support continuous improvement
About You

We are looking for a confident and results-driven individual with strong communication skills and a passion for sales.

Essential Skills & Experience
  • Previous experience in sales, telesales, or customer service (inbound/outbound)
  • Proven ability to achieve KPIs and sales targets
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Confident handling objections and closing sales
  • Ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Experience using CRM systems and sales tools
  • Highly organised with strong time-management skills
  • Self-motivated with a proactive and driven attitude
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desirable
  • Experience in technical or solution-based sales
  • Knowledge of energy, utilities, or industrial product sectors
  • ERP system experience
Salary & Benefits
  • £26,000 basic salary - OTE £40,000
  • Monthly uncapped OTE commission (based on performance and KPIs)
