3D Structural Designer – POS & Packaging

Do you know how to turn cardboard into clever, commercial design?

We’re working with a specialist production business creating structural packaging and retail display solutions for a range of brands — and they’re looking for a hands-on 3D Structural Designer / Cardboard Engineer who understands how ideas translate into real-world builds.

What the Structural Designer will be doing:

• Designing cardboard structures & packaging solutions from concept through to production
• Developing creative POS, FSDU and packaging designs
• Producing prototypes and refining designs for manufacture
• Working closely with production, design, and client teams

Optimising materials and ensuring designs are cost-effective and buildable

What they’re looking for:

• Experience in structural design (cardboard / packaging / POS)
• Strong understanding of materials, construction & manufacturing processes
• Ability to take ideas from concept prototype production
• Detail-driven with a practical, problem-solving mindset
• Comfortable collaborating across teams in a fast-paced environment
