What you’ll be doing You’ll play a key part in ensuring clients receive a smooth, professional service. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing client servicing tasks, including updating records, processing changes and handling general queries
- Preparing client review packs, valuations and meeting documentation
- Processing Letters of Authority, tracking provider responses and updating internal systems
- Supporting advisers with new business submissions, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Liaising with providers to obtain information, chase outstanding items and resolve queries
- Maintaining accurate client data across CRM and provider platforms
- Preparing documentation for pensions, investments and protection cases
- Supporting paraplanners with data gathering and research where needed
- Ensuring all work is completed to FCA standards and internal compliance requirements
You’ll be trusted to manage your workload, take ownership of tasks and contribute to a smooth, efficient client journey.
Development & progression Although this is a family-feel firm, they take development seriously. You’ll have access to:
- Full exam support if you want to progress (RO exams funded)
