Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct viewings and showcase properties in a compelling way
• Negotiate offers and guide clients through the sales process
• Lead property valuations and market appraisals with clients
• Build strong relationships with buyers, sellers and industry partners
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience from introduction to completion

You Are:

• Minimum 3 years in an Estate Agency Sales role
• Car and driver's license
• Team player
• Someone who sees property as a career, not a job.

What We Offer

• £25,000 to £34,000 Basic (DOE)
• £40,000 to £55,000 OTE
• Mon - Fri 9am - 5.30pm
• 1 in 4 Saturdays with a half-day in lieu
• Mileage cover
• Parking
• Industry qualification support
