Robert Half are working to recruit for an IT Support Analyst to join a team based in Manchester.

This role suits someone with strong communication skills, a collaborative and sociable approach to relationships and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.

An overview of the role is as follows below:

• Providing 1 and 2 Line Support, covering software, hardware with digital and face-to-face resolution
• Escalating upwards to 3 line where necessary
• Maintaining accurate ticketing records and support cases
• A strong focus on customer service, driven by quality-oriented support and strong internal and external relationships
• Works closely with managers and other business stakeholders to support wider IT requirements and communicate updates effectively
• IT Support Analyst role providing 1st and 2nd line support for users across hardware, software, and remote working issues

Technical competencies

Essential

• Microsoft Dynamics or Business Central
• Understanding of Windows and Mac operating systems

Desirable

• Experience with EPOS systems
• Microsoft Cloud Platforms, Azure AD and Entra
• Basic Networking knowledge
