• Support the budgeting and forecasting processes to aid effective decision-making.
• Monitor financial performance and provide variance analysis against budgets.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with department heads to provide financial insights and advice.
• Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and company policies.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements within the accounting function.

Profile

A successful Management Accountant should have:

• Experience within a similar role.
• Experience working within the Leisure, Travel & Tourism industry is advantageous.
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
