We are looking for a customer service team leader to look after a small team for a well established client in Uxbridge. The role will oversee the department alongside management team.

The ideal candidate will come from a B2B office environment where they have been a senior/team leader previously.

Duties include:

• Supporting and motivating the team
• Processing orders
• Running reports
• Overseeing any issues
• Managing complaints
• Emailing and calling customers
• Supporting with training of the team
• Supporting onboarding any new starters
