Qualified temporary Nursery Assistants required in Tunbridge Wells, Beckenham, Bromley.

Quint Education continues to be one of the leading agencies in the early years sector. We are always looking for good and enthusiastic nursery assistants of all levels with some relevant experience of least 6 months and who are passionate about working in the nursery setting. This role is flexible and offers a wider variety of different areas to work in.

About the role:

• Maintaining a high standard of care and attention and providing a safe, fun and engaging environment in which the children will benefit from.
• You will be given the opportunity to work in a variety of different nurseries and settings.
• Following safeguarding procedures and the Early Years Foundation Stage or Montessori ethos
• Paying from £14.00 to £17.00 per hour (depending on the qualification level and experience of candidate)

Typical Shift times can range from the hours 8.00am until 6.00pm if required for the full day however other ranges of hours are available depending on the needs of the client.

This role would suit:

• Someone who is qualified in childcare and must have Paediatric First Aid.
• Someone non-qualified but with 6 months experience working with children aged 0-5.
• Someone with a genuine love and passion with working with children and in nurseries.
• Somone who is looking for part time work or flexibility

Candidates must:

• Hold a clean and valid DBS before starting work
• Have contactable references covering any gaps dating back the last 5 years
• Have a knowledge of safeguarding procedures and be prepared to do some training if offered
• Be based in and around the local area or willing to travel to the locations provided
• Have at least 6 months minimum experience working with 0-to-5-year-olds
• Have knowledge and understanding of the EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) curriculum
• Have Paediatric First Aid if they hold L2 or L3 qualification in childcare
