We are recruiting a high-performing Responsible Individual to oversee compliance, governance, and operational performance across our regulated services. This is a strategic role requiring strong judgement, analytical capability, and the ability to influence at senior level.

Core Duties

• Compliance leadership — Maintain full regulatory compliance and prepare for inspections

• Risk management — Identify, assess, and mitigate organisational risks

• Performance monitoring — Track KPIs and implement corrective actions

• Stakeholder engagement — Liaise with regulators, boards, and senior leaders

• Policy development — Ensure policies remain current, effective, and aligned with legislation

Requirements

• Senior-level experience in a regulated sector

• Strong governance and audit background

• Excellent reporting and communication skills

• Ability to work autonomously and deliver results
