Hours: 7:30am–4:30pm (Mon–Thu), 7:30am–4:00pm (Fri)

As Customer Service Executive, you’ll be a key part of the office team, ensuring customers receive timely, accurate, and friendly support.

Key Responsibilities - Accurately process all customer orders and maintain low level error rates
- Professionally handle calls, emails, and messages with a customer-first mindset
- Manage multiple inboxes and be the first point of contact for customers via telephone
- Acknowledge complaints and provide resolutions within a timely manner
- Identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling
- Provide performance updates to the Customer Services Director
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements
About You You’re someone who:
- Proven experience in a customer service orientated role, within a B2B environment
- Communicates clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
- Has strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Is proactive, solutions-focused, and comfortable with change
- Understands CRM systems and order management tools (preferred)
- Has a sales-aware, customer-centric mindset
