This CRM Manager role offers the chance to take real ownership of lifecycle marketing within a high growth direct to consumer environment where CRM is a core commercial lever. We are looking for someone who enjoys combining strategy with hands on execution and wants to make a measurable impact across retention, subscription performance, and customer lifetime value.

We are a fast growing direct to consumer business operating in the health and wellness space, with a strong subscription and repeat purchase model. Our growth has averaged around 30 percent year on year, supported by a sizeable and engaged customer base. The business is science led, product focused, and continues to build strong brand momentum. CRM plays a central role in how we retain customers and drive long term value.

The Role

We are hiring a CRM Manager to own and scale lifecycle marketing across email, driving retention, subscription performance, and customer lifetime value in a high growth DTC environment. You will translate CRM strategy into campaigns, automations, and experimentation, while managing a CRM Executive and partnering closely with brand, product, and data teams to deliver measurable commercial impact.

  • Own lifecycle marketing delivery across CRM channels, with email as the primary focus
  • Comfortable using Klaviyo
  • Translate CRM strategy into high impact campaigns, automations, and customer journeys
  • Drive repeat revenue, retention, subscription maturity, and customer lifetime value
  • Manage a high frequency CRM calendar alongside an automation and experimentation roadmap
  • Build and optimise journeys across welcome, onboarding, replenishment, upsell, and re-purchase
  • Develop segmentation, testing frameworks, and predictive CRM initiatives
  • Use performance data and customer insight to shape recommendations and future activity
  • Line manage and develop a CRM Executive, with scope to support future team growth
  • Partner closely with product, brand, data, performance, and external technology teams

Your Skills and Experience

  • Strong commercial experience in CRM or lifecycle marketing within a DTC or ecommerce environment
  • Hands on expertise using Klaviyo to deliver campaigns and automations at scale
  • Proven ability to drive retention, repeat purchase, and revenue through CRM activity
  • Strong segmentation and analytical capability, with confidence owning test and learn frameworks
  • Experience managing or mentoring others within a CRM or marketing team
  • Comfortable partnering with brand and creative teams on campaign delivery
  • Exposure to subscription models, retention or churn reduction, and customer lifecycle optimisation
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Shopify, Recharge, Power BI, Mixpanel, or similar tools

What We Offer

  • Salary of £51,500 to £57,500
  • 12-month fixed term contract
  • Hybrid, remote first working with one day per week in the Farnham office
  • 37.5 hour working week, Monday to Friday
