Private Client Solicitor, 1–2 PQE, Milton Keynes. This well-established and highly regarded law firm is seeking a talented Private Client Solicitor to join its busy and supportive partner-led team. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career within a respected private client practice handling a broad and varied caseload for individuals, families, and high-net-worth clients.
You will advise clients across the full spectrum of private client matters, including:
Drafting simple and complex wills
Probate and estate administration
Lasting Powers of Attorney
Trusts and estate planning
Tax and succession planning
Advising high-net-worth individuals, including matters involving repatriation and cross-border estate considerations
Working closely with experienced partners, you will gain exposure to high-quality work while being supported in your continued professional development.
The successful candidate will have:
1–2 years’ PQE
Experience managing a varied private client caseload
Demonstrate excellent communication and client care skills
Show empathy and sensitivity when dealing with elderly and vulnerable clients, as well as emotionally sensitive matters
Be organised, personable, and capable of working effectively within a collaborative team environment
STEP qualification or progress toward STEP would be advantageous but is not essential.
