What you'll be doing:

• Supervising classes in the absence of the regular teacher
• Delivering pre-set lesson plans and ensuring students stay on task
• Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies
• Supporting students with their learning and keeping them engaged
• Reporting back to teaching staff on lesson outcomes and any issues

What we're looking for:

• Confident communicators with strong classroom presence
• Experience working with young people (education or youth work preferred)
• A flexible, reliable, and proactive attitude
• Good behaviour management skills
• A degree or relevant qualification is desirable (but not always essential)
