Property Administrator – Property Management

As a Property Administrator, you’ll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly while being the first point of contact for clients, residents, and stakeholders.
Role Overview:
- Location: Hertfordshire. (Office-based, 9am–5:30pm)
- Package: Up to £30,000 pa DOE
- Industry: Property / Block Management
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Acting as the first point of contact for customer, contractor, and solicitor enquiries.
- Managing pre-contract and due diligence queries, supporting property sales and transfers.
- Drafting, reviewing, and issuing legal documents (Deeds, Certificates, Consents, Lease Extensions).
- Overseeing completions, system updates (Qube), resident registrations, and record-keeping.
- Handling financial tasks including invoicing, payments, refunds, and finance packs.
- Supporting company secretarial duties and maintaining accurate registers.
- Assisting with contract and risk management processes, ensuring compliance.
- Preparing clear written communications and liaising with stakeholders to deliver excellent service.
Main Skills Needed:
- Background in property management or block management is desired.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle queries empathetically and professionally.
- Confident in managing financial and legal documentation.
- Highly organised with great attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills — written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively while taking ownership of tasks.
