We're looking for a Pathways Executive to join our team in Milton Keynes on a 6 month FTC. This role offers a salary of £27,810 per annum with a hybrid working pattern.


The Pathways Executive is responsible for checking and verifying all Pathways applications with accuracy, consistency and great attention to detail. This role requires a highly organised individual who can maintain focus across repetitive tasks, ensure applications are processed correctly and on time, and respond promptly to applicant queries.


What you will be doing:


  • Check and verify Pathways applications thoroughly, ensuring all information is complete, accurate and processed in line with required procedures.
  • Input, review and maintain application data with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail across repetitive tasks.
  • Request and review supporting documentation where additional checks or verification are required.
  • Identify, flag and escalate applications that contain discrepancies, missing information or other concerns for further investigation.
  • Raise queries with applicants in a timely and professional manner to obtain clarification or outstanding information.



What you will need:


  • Experience reviewing forms/cases and ensuring information is complete and accurate.
  • Experience following set procedures, meeting deadlines, and working consistently through repetitive tasks.
  • Good IT / systems use - confidence with Word, Excel, databases/CRM, ideally Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Excellent written communication
  • High attention to detail & data accuracy
