Core Job Duties
Identify and develop new business opportunities across West African markets, focusing on client acquisition for immigration, corporate, and investment advisory services.
Build and maintain relationships with local partners, agents, and referral networks to generate qualified leads.
Conduct market research to analyse demand for UK and international residency programmes and provide insights to management.
Initiate and manage outreach campaigns (calls, emails, LinkedIn) targeting high-net-worth individuals and business clients.
Qualify prospective clients through initial consultations, assessing eligibility, financial capacity, and migration objectives.
Coordinate with internal sales and advisory teams to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads for diagnostics and closing.
Represent the company in webinars, networking events, and regional business forums to promote services.
Maintain accurate records of leads, communications, and pipeline activity within CRM systems (e.g., Bitrix24).
Track performance metrics (lead generation, conversion rates, revenue contribution) and report regularly to senior management.
Liaise with marketing teams to localise campaigns and messaging tailored to West African audiences
