Personal Injury Solicitor / Legal Executive – Remote Working

This established and growing law firm is looking to recruit an experienced Personal Injury Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its specialist claimant litigation team. This is a fully remote opportunity offering high-quality work, genuine flexibility and long-term career progression.

This role is ideal for a qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with strong experience handling litigated claimant personal injury matters including RTA, Employers Liability and Public Liability claims.

The Role

You will manage your own caseload of claimant Personal Injury matters from instruction through to settlement or trial. The caseload will include a mixture of intermediate and multi-track claims involving:

• Road Traffic Accident (RTA) claims
• Employers Liability (EL) claims
• Public Liability (PL) claims
• Litigated personal injury files
• Fixed recoverable costs matters

Duties will include:

• Managing litigated claimant personal injury files from start to finish
• Taking initial client instructions and providing legal advice
• Drafting witness statements, schedules of loss, particulars of claim and court documents
• Liaising with clients, medical experts, counsel and third parties
• Preparing cases for trial and complying with court deadlines
• Instructing and briefing counsel where required
• Working in accordance with CPR and litigation procedures
• Using the MoJ Portal where applicable

Requirements

Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors, Legal Executives or Fee Earners with:

• 5+ years’ claimant Personal Injury experience
• Experience handling intermediate and multi-track litigation
• Strong knowledge of CPR and litigated PI matters
• Experience handling RTA, EL and PL claims
• Ability to independently manage a full caseload
• Experience dealing with fixed fee / fixed recoverable costs files
• Familiarity with the MoJ Portal would be advantageous
• Excellent client care and communication skills
