Client Delivery Manager 
Location: Hull (3-4 days per week on-site)
Salary: up to £80k + Package

Are you an experienced supply chain or logistics professional looking for an opportunity to take ownership of a complex, multi-channel service delivery operation within a high-profile public sector contract? We are recruiting for a confidential Client Delivery Manager position where you will play a central role in managing the end-to-end flow of products and services, including repair, spares and replacements. This is a highly visible role with responsibility for supply chain coordination, operational performance, service provider management, and contract delivery. You will work closely with internal operations, logistics, and external service partners to ensure a resilient, efficient, and cost-effective service network that consistently meets contractual requirements.

The Role
As Client Delivery Manager, you will take ownership of an end-to-end service delivery model. You will act as the central coordination point between the client, internal operations, and external service providers, ensuring smooth flow of garments through repair, replacement, and laundering channels. You will oversee operational performance across the supply chain network, ensuring capacity, turnaround times, and service levels are consistently achieved. You will play a key role in driving efficiency across the network, optimising service flows, managing exceptions, and ensuring the contract operates as a high-performing, integrated logistics system.

Key Responsibilities of the Client Delivery Manager will include:

  • Acting as the primary operational interface between the Fire Authority and internal supply chain teams
  • Managing end-to-end service flow across repair, replacement, and industrial laundering networks
  • Ensuring operational KPIs including turnaround times, service levels, and capacity utilisation are consistently achieved
  • Coordinating internal operations, warehousing, transport, and external service providers to ensure seamless execution
  • Monitoring supply chain performance data and driving corrective actions where bottlenecks or delays occur
  • Managing operational risk across the service network, including contingency planning and escalation pathways
  • Taking ownership of contract-level cost performance, identifying efficiencies across logistics and service delivery
  • Driving optimisation of service routes, processing cycles, and supplier capacity allocation
  • Working cross-functionally with operations, logistics, planning, finance, and customer service teams

About you:

  • Proven experience in a supply chain, logistics, operations, or service delivery coordination role
  • Experience managing multi-site or outsourced operational networks 
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end flow management, capacity planning, and service level delivery
  • Confident working with operational KPIs such as turnaround time, throughput, and service levels
  • Strong coordination skills across internal operations and external service providers
  • Commercially aware with experience influencing cost and efficiency outcomes
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, operationally complex environment
