Finance Manager

Office Based

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client based in Bishops Stortford who are looking to appoint a Fully qualified Senior Finance Manager on a permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation of monthly management accounts and consolidated financial reporting across multiple entities

• Management of multi-currency accounting, intercompany transactions, and foreign exchange reporting

• Review of accruals, prepayments, and balance sheet reconciliations

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow management processes

• Provide commercial financial insight and analysis to senior stakeholders

• Oversee statutory accounting requirements, audit processes, VAT, and wider compliance reporting

• Review and improve financial processes, systems, and internal controls

• Support and develop members of the finance team

Skills and Experience

• Fully qualified ACCA, ACA/ICAEW or CIMA

• Strong experience in multi-entity and multi-currency accounting

• Excellent technical accounting knowledge within a similar senior finance role

• Proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Strong communication skills with the ability to partner effectively with senior stakeholders
