Day-to-day of the role:

• Deliver engaging science lessons to students across various key stages, adapting to different learning needs and styles.
• Manage classroom behavior effectively, maintaining a positive and conducive learning environment.
• Prepare lesson materials and resources, utilizing a range of educational techniques.
• Assess and evaluate students' progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with other teaching staff to plan and coordinate lessons.
• Step in to cover absences and provide continuity of education for students.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience teaching science subjects at secondary school level.
• Strong classroom management skills.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit different learning abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
