Our Client, a leading Wealth Management Company is seeking an Executive Assistant with exceptional organisational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to operate with the utmost confidentiality. You will act as a trusted partner to the CEO, enabling them to focus on strategic priorities by managing day-to-day operations, communications, and stakeholder engagement.

About the Role:

  • Manage complex and ever-changing calendars, including scheduling internal/external meetings, board sessions, and investor briefings
  • Coordinate global travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics with attention to detail and efficiency
  • Organise regional office roadshows
  • Prepare high-quality briefing materials, presentations, and reports for meetings and speaking engagements
  • Prepare agendas, meetings packs, attend meetings and record minutes and track action points
  • Handle confidential correspondence and documentation with discretion and professionalism
  • Inbox management
  • Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including clients, board members, regulators, and senior executives
  • Build strong relationships across the organisation and with key external partners to facilitate smooth communication and collaboration
  • Support the CEO in tracking strategic initiatives, ensuring timely follow-ups and progress updates
  • Manage expenses, invoices, and approvals in line with company policies
  • Assist in organising leadership offsites, board meetings, and key events
  • Act as a thought partner to the CEO, anticipating needs and proactively identifying ways to improve efficiency and effectiveness

About you:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Chief of Staff supporting C-suite executives, ideally within financial services or wealth management
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; confident in drafting professional correspondence and presentations
  • High level of discretion, integrity, and emotional intelligence
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment with senior stakeholders
