What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing the admissions process from start to finish
• Using SIMS to maintain accurate student records. Strong knowledge is essential
• Organising and overseeing daily cover, ensuring all classes are staffed
• Supervising classes on a temporary basis when required
• Supporting the school reception, acting as a professional first point of contact
• Providing general administrative support across the school

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience using SIMS
• Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities
• Confident communicator with a professional approach
• Flexible and proactive with a willingness to support across the school
• Previous experience in a school setting is highly desirable
