Commercial Property Solicitor

Location: Coventry, with one day p/w homeworking

Salary ranage: £40,000 to £60,000 per annum, commensurate with experience

About the Role

This is a newly created position due to continued business growth and office expansion – a rare opportunity to make your mark in a firm that values expertise, development, and work-life balance. You'll play a key role within a friendly and forward-thinking team, handling a stimulating caseload and enjoying the flexibility of hybrid working.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Managing a full caseload of commercial property matters from start to finish
• Handling commercial acquisitions (including development), investment sales, and lease work
• Drafting and reviewing contracts, leases, transfer deeds, and related legal documentation
• Providing expert legal advice to clients, keeping them well-informed throughout

Who We’re Looking For:

Suitable candidates will have:

• Fully qualified status (NQ and above)
• Experience of running your own commercial property caseload
• A proactive, client-focused approach to work
• Strong technical knowledge and experience

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:15pm
