The role:

You'll sit at the heart of the mortgage process, managing cases from first contact through to completion and working directly with clients, lenders and protection providers. This is a senior mortgage administration role with real responsibility — product research, provider management and client-facing work that goes well beyond standard processing.

• Managing mortgage cases end-to-end from application through to completion
• Handling LOAs and chasing providers to keep cases progressing
• Supporting with product research across mortgage and protection providers
• Processing protection business alongside the mortgage pipeline
• Dealing directly with clients, lenders and third parties throughout the process
• Working closely with advisers — operating as close to the advice process as possible

What you'll need:

• Experience in a senior mortgage administration or mortgage processing role
• Strong working knowledge of mortgage and protection providers
• Confident dealing with clients face-to-face and over the phone
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage a busy caseload
• A proactive, client-focused approach — whether your ambition is advisory or senior administration

CeMAP is not required — what matters is your mortgage experience, provider knowledge and client service skills.
