Reed Accountancy are pleased to be working with a well-regarded firm in Bath, who are looking to recruit a Part-Time Office & Finance Administrator to join their busy and supportive team.

This is a varied role supporting both finance and general office administration. It would suit someone who is organised, reliable and enjoys working as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Processing invoices and maintaining accurate records
  • Supporting payment allocation and supplier payments
  • Handling account queries
  • Assisting with onboarding administration
  • Managing office supplies and ordering stock
  • Coordinating office maintenance and liaising with suppliers
  • Supporting general administrative tasks across the team

About You

  • Highly organised with good attention to detail
  • Comfortable using IT systems
  • Able to manage workload and prioritise tasks
  • Professional and approachable
  • Positive and willing to support across the team

Previous administration or finance experience is beneficial but not essential.
