We are seeking an experienced Property Administrator to join us at Leo Group Ltd in Halifax HX3 6UF.

Responsibilities:

- Manage lease set ups with tenants

- Monitoring the deductions spreadsheet for employees in our accommodation

- Manage property formal info – EPCs, gas checks, fire and smoke alarms, fire extinguishers etc

- Updating information’s on spreadsheets

- Documenting repairs and maintenance

- Property and farms inspections

- Checking quarterly declarations

- Chasing monies

- Oversee stationery / office supplies /general purchasing in the office.

- Company phones

- Gate servicing (annual)

- Weighbridge calibration and servicing (annual)

- Renewable energy - arranging servicing and filling in spreadsheets on outputs:

· Biomass

· Solar

· Turbine

· Fuel Ordering

· Halifax site drainage


Requirements

  • Proven experience in property administration or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong administrative skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent phone etiquette with strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday

8:30am - 5pm
