This isn't a relationship-management-heavy role. This is for a true corporate tax specialist. Someone who enjoys getting into the detail, reviewing complex work, signing off with confidence and being the technical authority in the room.
The business is looking for a strong Senior Manager-level hire following a recent resignation within the team. While personality and collaboration matter, the absolute priority is deep technical capability and high-level corporate tax review expertise.
The Role:
* Heavy focus on UK corporate tax compliance and technical review work
* Final reviewer / sign-off responsibility across complex assignments
* Act as the team's go-to technical specialist ("boffin" welcomed)
* Support wider teams on complex tax matters and risk areas
* Opportunity to add real value within a highly respected international group
What They're Looking For:
* Strong UK Corporate Tax background
* Proven Senior Manager-level technical capability
* Excellent reviewer and sign-off experience
* Deep compliance knowledge with strong technical accuracy
* CTA / ACA qualified preferred
* Someone commercially aware but ultimately technically led
