Our client is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to step into this standalone role during a period of growth and change - someone who can quickly stabilise, implement and deliver across the full HR remit.

This is a hands-on role from day one, with a strong focus on operational HR, employee relations and TUPE activity, alongside supporting the business through ongoing organisational change.

As the Interim HR Business Partner you will:

  • Providing immediate, hands-on HR support across the organisation
  • Leading on complex ER cases, performance and absence management
  • Supporting TUPE activity and workforce integration
  • Reviewing and embedding HR policies, processes and ways of working
  • Partnering with leadership to support stability and performance

Profile

You will need:

  • Proven experience operating as an interim HR Business Partner / HR Manager
  • Strong track record in fast-paced, operational environments
  • Confidence managing complex ER and change
  • Ability to hit the ground running and work autonomously
  • Experience supporting organisational change and TUPE processes
  • Previous experience within SME/Start up organisations

Job Offer

Contract: Full time - 3-6 months

Day Rate: £350-£450 per day (via Umbrella) dependant on experience

Location: Hybrid - 1/2 days on-site in Exeter
