Nursery Chef / Nursery Cook – Chiswick, London (W4)

Salary: £13.50–£14.50 per hour

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am–4:00pm

Contract: Part-Time | Permanent | All year round

Not suitable for term-time or school-hours applicants

We are seeking an experienced Nursery Chef or Cook to join a friendly, independent nursery in Chiswick. You will prepare fresh, nutritious meals from scratch for young children, supporting healthy eating and wellbeing in an early years setting.

This role offers daytime hours only, with no evenings or weekends.

Responsibilities

As a Nursery Chef, you will:

• Prepare and cook balanced meals daily
• Manage dietary requirements and food allergies
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety
• Plan menus, manage stock and place food orders
• Support the nursery team in promoting healthy eating

About You

To be successful in this Nursery Chef role, you will have:

• Must have Minimum of 2 years previous experience as a nursery, school or care cook
• Confident managing allergies and dietary needs
• Well organised and able to work independently
• Strong communication skills in English
• Eligible to work in the UK
