Location: Hessle, Yorkshire / Remote Available

Job Type: Permanent, Full Time

Hours: 35 hours per week

Salary: £31,584 – £43,134 DOE

About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Paraplanner to join a growing and client-focused financial planning firm.

This role would suit someone with strong technical knowledge, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage workloads effectively while delivering high-quality client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing suitability reports and financial planning documentation
• Conducting research and preparing recommendations
• Obtaining provider illustrations, information and valuations
• Completing tax calculations where required
• Ensuring files and reports are compliant and technically accurate
• Submitting business accurately and within deadlines
• Supporting advisers and wider team members where needed
• Managing workloads efficiently and maintaining high service standards

Requirements

• CII Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (essential)
• Previous Paraplanning experience
• Working towards Chartered status (desirable)
• Strong Microsoft 365 skills
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
