Import Freight Coordinator – Slough

Salary: £35,000 – £36,000 | Office-based | Mon–Fri

We’re recruiting for an experienced Import Freight Coordinator to join a well-established logistics company in Slough. This role involves managing import shipments across air and sea freight, ensuring smooth delivery and full compliance with UK customs regulations.

• Oversee import shipments from arrival to final delivery
• Complete customs entries using CDS
• Liaise with overseas agents, carriers, and clients
• Prepare and check shipping documentation
• Monitor shipments and resolve any issues

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in airfreight (seafreight exposure required)
• Strong knowledge of import customs procedures and CDS
• Confident managing end-to-end shipments
• Organised, proactive, and able to work independently
