REED Business Support in Bath is excited to be supporting a long serving and very loyal client in their search for a TEMPORARY Administrator.   

This is a temporary role to start w.c 18th May or 25th May until 24th July (possible extension offered)

36.5 hours, M-F

Hybrid offered (flex when events need to be attended)

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide full administrative support at Director level across different departments
  • Maintain accurate records across the full lifecycle using a Records System
  • Provide induction, information and guidance; maintain web, Moodle and communication materials.
  • Co-ordinate events (inductions, training, conferences, recruitment fairs).
  • Provide committee and meeting support, including preparation of papers, record keeping and secretarial duties
  • Produce statistical and management reports
  • Undertake other related duties in accordance with the business’s policies and procedures.

Desired Person Specification

  • Experience in a busy administrative role
  • Strong IT skills (databases and standard office software)
  • Proven ability to maintain accurate records and manage confidential data
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with high attention to detail
  • Ability to organise, prioritise and meet deadlines independently and as part of a team
  • Flexible, adaptable and able to learn new systems quickly
  • Professional, conscientious and methodical approach to work
