A respected social housing provider is seeking a skilled Electrician to join their property services team. You'll be responsible for maintaining and repairing homes across Leicestershire and Northamptonshire, working in both void properties and occupied homes.

Your new role

• Electrical maintenance and repairs across domestic social housing
• Diagnosing faults and completing remedial works to a high standard
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards
• Working across occupied and empty (void) properties
• Participating in a call-out rota with additional payments
• Delivering excellent customer service to residents

What you'll need to succeed

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent electrical qualification
• 18th Edition
• Experience in domestic or social housing environments
• Strong problem-solving skills and a professional approach
• Full UK driving licence

What you'll get in return

• Up to £26.50 per hour
• 40 hours paid per week
• Possibility for on call/overtime
• Potential for role to become permanent
